This Privacy Policy describes how Vivasa Innovations Pvt Ltd ("PayHive") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use our BBPS platform.
By using PayHive services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Identity: Name, mobile number, email, Aadhaar/PAN (KYC)
Account: Login credentials, account type, business name, GST
Transactions: Bill history, consumer numbers, BBPS TRNs
Technical: IP address, browser, device identifiers, OS
2. How We Use Your Information
To process bill payments through the BBPS network
To comply with RBI/NPCI KYC requirements
To send transaction confirmations, OTPs, and notifications
To detect and prevent fraud or unauthorised activity
To improve our services and user experience
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only with NPCI/billers to process payments, RBI-regulated payment gateways under strict agreements, and government bodies when legally required.
4. Data Security
256-bit SSL encryption, PCI DSS compliance. Access restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.
5. Retention
Transaction records retained for minimum 5 years (RBI guidelines). Account data retained while active and 3 years post-closure.

These Terms govern your access to PayHive's BBPS services operated by Vivasa Innovations Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad, Telangana. By creating an account or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register
You must be a resident of India with a valid Indian mobile number
Business accounts require valid GST registration and KYC documents
2. BBPS Services
PayHive operates as a BBPS Operating Unit (BOU) under guidelines issued by NPCI and the Reserve Bank of India.
3. Payment Processing
Payments once initiated cannot be cancelled if processing has commenced
PayHive is not responsible for errors due to incorrect consumer numbers
Processing times may vary depending on biller and payment method
PayHive reserves the right to decline transactions suspected of fraud
4. Fees & Charges
Convenience fees, if applicable, will be displayed clearly before confirmation. Commission structures for Retailers, Distributors, and MDs are governed by separate Merchant Agreements.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials
Report unauthorised access immediately to our support team
PayHive will never ask for your T-PIN or password via phone or email
6. Prohibited Activities
Using PayHive for money laundering or illegal activities
Creating multiple accounts for fraudulent commissions
Attempting to reverse-engineer or tamper with the platform
Providing false KYC or business information
7. Limitation of Liability
PayHive's liability shall be limited to the transaction amount. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

This Refund Policy outlines conditions under which refunds are processed for bill payments made through PayHive by Vivasa Innovations Pvt Ltd.
BBPS Guarantee: Under NPCI BBPS guidelines, successful transactions carry a binding payment guarantee to billers. Refunds apply only in specific circumstances below.
1. Eligible for Refund
Double Debit: Account debited twice for the same transaction
Payment Failure: Amount debited but transaction marked failed and biller not credited
Technical Error: System error at PayHive's end resulting in incorrect processing
Biller Non-Credit: Biller did not receive payment within 3 business days despite successful debit
2. Non-Refundable
Transactions where the biller has successfully applied the payment
Payments made to incorrect consumer number provided by the user
Convenience fees once the transaction is processed
Disputed bills — must be resolved directly with the biller
